On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 14 of the Public Service Ontario Act, 2006,

The Honourable Sidney B. Linden, City of Toronto

be re-appointed as Conflict of Interest Commissioner to serve on a full-time basis for a fixed term of two years, effective July 30, 2017.
