On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 419/2016 Valerie Corbin was appointed as a member of the Ontario Honours Advisory Council – Citizenship Division effective March 23, 2016;

And whereas Valerie Corbin has passed away;

Therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 419/2016 be revoked, effective the date of this Order in Council.
