On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 10 (1) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c.16,

J. Robert S. Prichard, of the City of Toronto, Ontario

be re-designated as Chair of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective September 4, 2016.
