On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Honourable Regional Senior Judge Sharon Margaret Nicklas was appointed a member of the Ontario Judicial Council until she ceases to hold office as a regional senior judge, by Order in Council O.C. 1137/2015;

And whereas Regional Senior Justice Nicklas has advised that she will be ending her term as a member of the Ontario Judicial Council effective December 17, 2018;

Therefore, O.C. 1137/2015 is revoked, effective December 17, 2018.
