On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 2 and 8 of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016 (“Act”),

Bryan Davies, of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (“Authority”) and as such becomes a member of the Authority, and designated as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Authority, for a period of two years effective the day sections 2 and 8 of the Act come into force.

Now therefore this Order shall be in effect on the day sections 2 and 8 of the Act come into force.
