On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Maria Tassou was reappointed a full-time member and Associate Chair of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a term of one year, effective January 1, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1335/2018;

And whereas Maria Tassou tendered her resignation effective August 15, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 1335/2018 be revoked effective August 15, 2019.
