On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the McMaster University Act, 1976, Kevin Nye of Burlington be appointed as a member of the Board of Governors of McMaster University for a term of four years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
