On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 2 and 8 of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016,

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 1295/2017 Judith Robertson was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“Authority”) and as such became a member of the Authority and subsequently she resigned from the Board of Directors of the Authority effective July 18, 2019,

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 1295/2017 is revoked effective July 18, 2019.
