On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 96(2) and 207(2) of the Child and Family Services Act, Wendell White of Madoc be reappointed a part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a term of one year, effective September 21, 2016.
