On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1569/2003, dated August 6, 2003, Dr. Janet Nairn was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Janet Nairn has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective August 22, 2014;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1569/2003, dated August 6, 2003, appointing Dr. Janet Nairn as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
