On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 806/2011, dated May 4, 2011, Dr. Louise M. Sewell was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Louise M. Sewell ceased to be a legally qualified medical practitioner, effective August 12, 2014;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 806/2011, dated May 4, 2011, appointing Dr. Louise M. Sewell as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
