On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 693/2015 dated May 27, 2015 that reappointed

Caroline Brett of Toronto

as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Midwives of Ontario under the Midwifery Act, 1991, be revoked, effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
