Order in Council 1376/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint advisors to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario and to provide for their accountability to Ministers, Orders in Council O.C. 956/2019, O.C. 959/2019, O.C. 960/2019 are hereby amended by deleting the references to “Premier of Ontario” and “Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs”, as such terms appear, and substituting “Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade.”
