On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 16(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act, Her Worship Lauren Mary Scully, a justice of the peace, be appointed as regional senior justice of the peace for the Northeast Region for a term of three years, effective July 3, 2017.

And further, that the appointment of His Worship Theodore Ashton Hodgins as regional senior justice of the peace for the Northeast Region, made by Order in Council numbered 872/2014 be revoked, effective July 2, 2017.
