On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1880/2016, made December 7, 2016, Cindy Veinot was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation;

and whereas Cindy Veinot has resigned from the Board of Directors effective September 26, 2018;

therefore Order in Council O.C. 1880/2016 is revoked effective September 26, 2018.
