On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Émilie Moniz was appointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, effective April 18, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 779/2018;

And whereas Émilie Moniz tendered her resignation effective August 30, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 779/2018 be revoked effective August 30, 2019.
