On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,

be reappointed as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of five years, effective October 13, 2016 to and including October 12, 2021.
