On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3(2) of the Niagara Parks Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. No.3, as amended,

Lois A. Giles of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario,

be reappointed as a part-time member of The Niagara Parks Commission effective July 20, 2016, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three (3) years from the effective date of this appointment.
