On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 45.14(3) of the Human Rights Code, Patrick Nadjiwan of North Bay be designated Chair of the Human Rights Legal Support Centre for the Province of Ontario on an interim basis, effective the date of this Order in Council for a period of one year or ending when a new Chair is appointed, whichever occurs first.
