On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act, Marcella (Marcy) Lynn Henschel, Barrister and Solicitor of Newmarket, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective October 19, 2016.
