On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to section 4 of the Ministry of Infrastructure Act, 2011,

Chris Giannekos

be appointed Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, effective December 29, 2018, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding six months.

And that Order in Council O.C. 983/2018, dated June 29, 2018, be revoked on the effective date of this appointment.
