On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Ena Chadha was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of five years, effective September 4, 2012, by Order in Council O.C. 1219/2012;

And whereas Ena Chadha tendered her resignation effective September 11, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 1219/2012 be revoked effective September 11, 2016.
