On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Mukesh Kowlessar was appointed a part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, effective June 22, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 952/2016;

And whereas Mukesh Kowlessar tendered his resignation effective September 15, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 952/2016 be revoked effective September 15, 2016.
