On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant toclause 5(1)(b) of the Dental Technology Act, 1991,

Harold Bassford of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Dental Technologists of Ontario for a period of three years, effective October 23, 2016 to and including October 22, 2019.
