On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to clause 6(1)(b) of the Medicine Act, 1991,

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario for a period of three years, effective August 13, 2017 to and including August 12, 2020.
