On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6(1) of Ontario Regulation 43/02 made under the Development Corporations Act, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1077/2014 dated September 8, 2014 that appointed

Cynthia Morton of Toronto

as a part-time non-voting member of the board of directors of eHealth Ontario, be revoked effective as of July 23, 2017, as she resigned from the board effective as of that date.
