On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Brenda Bowlby was appointed a part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 150/2018 dated February 8, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Brenda Bowlby of Burlington be appointed a part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
