On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Health Professions Regulatory Advisory Council for a period of two years, effective August 12, 2017 to and including August 11, 2019.
