On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 9.(1) of Ontario Regulation 46/17, Ontario Climate Change Solutions Deployment Corporation, made under the Development Corporations Act, the appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Climate Change Solutions Deployment Corporation of Tim Stoate by Order-in-Council 1184/2017 is hereby revoked, effective January 22, 2019, as Mr. Stoate has resigned as a Director of the Ontario Climate Change Solutions Deployment Corporation.
