On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

October 31, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Securing Pension Benefits Now and for the Future Act, 2010, c. 24, which amend the Pension Benefits Act, come into force:
