On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to an Address of the Assembly dated October 25, 2016, the Honourable J. David Wake be appointed as temporary Financial Accountability Officer, to hold office under the terms and conditions of the Financial Accountability Officer Act, 2013, S.O. c.4‎, commencing on October 24, 2016, for a term of six months or to such earlier date as the Financial Accountability Officer resumes his duties.
