On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the request of the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario,

Todd Decker

be appointed as the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly as provided in section 77 of the Legislative Assembly Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter L10, to hold office under the terms and conditions of the said Act commencing November 1, 2016; and Order in Council OC-573/2007, be revoked as of October 31, 2016.
