On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6(3) of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario Act, 1997,

Craig Brown, of London, Ontario

is appointed as a member of the Financial Services Tribunal for a term not exceeding two years commencing on the date of this Order.
