On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO clause 7(1)(b) of the Medical Radiation Technology Act, 1991,

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario for a period of three years, effective October 9, 2016 to and including October 8, 2019.
