On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Alan Butcher was appointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective March 27, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 637/2018;

And whereas Alan Butcher tendered his resignation effective September 27, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Order in Council O.C. 637/2018 be revoked effective September 27, 2019.
