On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Christopher Ferguson was reappointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective December 7, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 1174/2018;

And whereas Christopher Ferguson tendered his resignation effective September 26, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 1174/2018 be revoked effective September 26, 2019.
