On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1306/2005, dated August 18, 2005, appointing Dr. Avnish C. Mehta as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
