On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110 (3) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995,

Matthew Wilson of Whitby

be designated as alternate chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending August 28, 2017.

Further, Order in Council 754/2015, dated June 3, 2015, is revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
