On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 110 (2) and (3) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995,

Matthew Wilson of Whitby

be reappointed as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term of five years, effective August 29, 2017.

Further, that Matthew Wilson be designated as alternate chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term of five years, effective August 29, 2017.
