On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Section 5 of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002, Meric Gertler of Toronto be appointed as a member of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Board of Directors, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
