On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 215/2018 dated February 8, 2018 that reappointed Mark Carrick of LaSalle as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
