On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(4) of the Securities Act,

Philip Anisman, of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Securities Commission for a term not exceeding two years commencing on the date of this Order.
