On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5.1(5) of the Health Insurance Act, 1990,

Sonia Ouellet of Ottawa

be appointed as a part-time member of the Physician Payment Review Board for a period of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
