On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1558/2014, dated the 3rd day of December 2014, John David Rogers was reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Peel Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from December 3, 2014;

And whereas John David Rogers is deceased;

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1558/2014, dated December 3, 2014, reappointing John David Rogers as a member of the Regional Municipality of Peel Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
