On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 336/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
