On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2241/81, dated August 6, 1981, Dr. C. Blount was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. C. Blount has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective July 1, 2017;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2241/81, dated August 6, 1981, appointing Dr. C. Blount as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
