On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario Highway Transport Board Act, Gilles Morin, of Ottawa, be reappointed as a part-time member and re-designated as part-time Chair, on an interim basis, of the Ontario Highway Transport Board, for a period of one year, effective from the 16th day of November, 2016 to the 15th day of November, 2017.
