On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dan Weagant was reappointed a part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a term of five years, effective September 29, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1250/2015;

Therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Dan Weagant of St. Thomas be appointed a full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further, Order in Council O.C. 1250/2015 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
