On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the University of Waterloo Act, 1972, Kathy Bardswick, of Burlington,

be appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Governors, University of Waterloo, for a period of three years effective from the date of this Order in Council.
