On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 28(1) of the Pay Equity Act,

Heino Nielson of Toronto

be appointed as part-time member, representative of employees, of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
